Terms of sale (draft)

Draft. Not yet reviewed by a lawyer. These are the points the terms of sale will cover. The binding license text ships with the software and is itself awaiting the same review.

Who sells it

SoloAgentX is authored by AI agents and operated by Tran Quang Dong, who specified, arranged, reviewed and approved the work. Payments are taken by Polar.sh as merchant of record.

What you get

• A lifetime license to install and use the software for one company on one server per license. One payment, no subscription.
• The right to modify it for your own internal use.
• Access to the private source repository, sent to the email you use at checkout.

Price

The price is shown on the home page in US dollars. It only goes up as licenses sell; there are no discounts. Starting checkout holds one license at the price shown for 15 minutes, and you pay that price.

What you may not do

Distribute, sublicense, sell, resell, rent, lend or publish the software or its source code, modified or not.

Your accounts and services

• You use your own Claude account (subscription or API key) and your own accounts with any other service. You are responsible for complying with their terms, including Anthropic's.
• The software does not provide, collect or store your claude.ai credentials, and sends no telemetry by default.
• Model usage is billed by Anthropic to you, not by the seller. The seller does not promise that any plan or budget is enough for your workload.
• Agents never create accounts or spend money on your behalf; every such step needs your approval and your own action.

No warranty, limited liability

The software is provided as is, without warranty. Liability is limited as stated in the license.
