Privacy

soloagentx.com sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics.

Spam check

The buy button and the question form use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes the data it needs for that check under its own privacy policy.

The question form

We keep what you type (your email, and your name and question if you give them), whether you ticked the product-news box, and the country Cloudflare reports for the request. We do not keep your IP address, browser details or cookies. The form goes to private storage, is copied to the operator's own server and removed from that storage, and is deleted 180 days after we have handled it.

We use your email to answer your question. That answer, and any message we need to send about it, is all you get from us unless you tick the box.

Product news

The form has one optional box, never ticked in advance: "Email me SoloAgentX product news. Unsubscribe anytime." If you tick it, we record your consent: the time you sent the form, that it came from this form, and the exact wording of the box with its version. Only then may we email you news about SoloAgentX.

Every news email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also reply "stop". Either one stops news emails at once; the answer to a question you asked can still reach you. If you reply "stop", we do not write to you again at all. To withdraw consent or have your data deleted, write to the contact address below.

Our emails are plain text, with no tracking pixels and no tracked links. They are sent through Resend, which handles your address and the message under its own privacy policy. We keep a hash of your address, not the address itself, in our sending records, so that an unsubscribe is honoured.

Purchases

Polar.sh takes the payment as merchant of record and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. This site never sees your card. From each order we keep the order id, the amount, the country of your billing address, the time, and the public name you choose to give in the optional checkout field. We use them to count licenses sold and to show recent buyers.

Recent buyers appear as "Someone from <country>". Your name appears only if you typed one into the optional "public name" field at checkout. The public status of the price (/status.json) contains no buyer data at all.
